Brand-focused email marketing design and training materials for 250+ strong global sales team.
I was originally contracted to help the Tobii Dynavox marketing team design new templates for their email marketing communications. They had a great brand guide and they understood what types of communications were needed. We went to work.
During our work sessions, we realized that we needed to consider who was sending these communications, their skill level, and permissions within the company’s CRM and contact management tools. Designing and providing production files for the highly-skilled marketing staff was one thing, but what about the 250+ sales reps that had much less experience. They needed similar tools, but with less features and fewer opportunities for failure.
I helped the team identify all use cases, collect all the software requirements, and evaluate and select the systems that best filled the organization’s needs. I adapted the designs to the selected systems and developed training materials to support each use case – teaching not only process but overall best practices.
